Our Values

Over the last few months a team of members have worked on creating a set of values that represent what Esher CC is all about.  We will ground everything we do as a club in these values, they will be the bedrock of how we are together as a club and a community.

These values will be the standards we hope all members to live by when involved at Esher; whether that is junior cricketers, parents, adult players, or social members. They will provide the foundation for our approach to coaching and development of cricket at all levels. They will also be the place for us to look to when we do make mistakes, holding us accountable and providing an opportunity for reflection and learning.
