All New Members Welcome from U5 upwards. We do not operate waiting lists.
Esher CC welcomes all Young Cricketers to the club, of all abilities, from U5 onwards. We are a club for everyone and operate 7 Adult XIs, a Ladies team, 65 Boys and 18 Girls league teams. All teams play at our two home grounds of New Road and Imber Court. We do not operate a waiting list and we welcome all new players into our existing age groups and teams. Each age group has its own training times
2024 Membership renewals (for those who were 2023 members) have been sent via Spond (check your spond home screen).

There are currently spaces available in all age groups (exception of Boys U10-U13 whereby we may operate a waiting list).

Young Cricketer Membership includes:
- weekly group training for 15weeks (starting 21st April 2024).
- All training is delivered by professional coaches (in the mini age groups we do encourage parents to join in the fun).
- Access to the ground/clubhouse and refurbished nets and matchplay opportunities for all age groups U8 upwards.
- There are no extra costs for matches.
The Young Cricketer subscription also includes Social Membership for parents and legal guardians enabling them to use the bar and clubhouse at Esher CC.

Esher Kit
All young cricketers now play in colour and for the girls, please ensure you select the right age-group kit. Early ordering is advisable to avoid the rush – see the shop here: Esher Kit Shop
No names / numbers on the back, as we have our sponsor’s logo, but you can put initials on the front under the Esher CC badge.
- Mini girls can wear the skorts or trousers.
- Junior & Senior girls need trousers for hardball.
*Note that there are two options of trousers – normal and slim fitting cuts.
Hardball Kit
All girls from U10 upwards play hardball. As a minimum, they will need the following to train and play in the games:
- Own helmet
- Pads
- Gloves
- Thigh pads recommended
- Own hardball (girls up to U12: junior 4.75oz size; U13 up: women’s 5oz size)
