Esher Cricket Club 2024 Loan Note Scheme - rules The scheme will be known as the Esher Cricket Club 2024 Loan Note Scheme (the Scheme) and will be administered by the Finance Committee of Esher Cricket Club. The number of Loan Notes accepted by the Club will be capped at 120 giving total proceeds (if fully subscribed) of £60,000. 24 loan notes will be repaid in October 2027,2028,2029, 2030 and 2031. The loan notes to be repaid each year will be drawn by lot. If less than 120 loan notes are applied for the number to be repaid each year will be reduced on a pro rata basis. No interest will be payable by the Club in respect of the Loan Notes. The Club reserve the right to repay the loan notes early should the club finances allow and at the discretion of the Club Committee. In extreme circumstances the repayment of the Loan Notes may be delayed but all Loan Notes must be repaid by 30 October 2035
